Are you interested in finding out about transgender-friendly bars and clubs in London? Whether you yourself are a member of the transgender community, LGBT community, or an admirer of TS girls, there really is no other city in the UK like London for having a wide choice of different trans bars, clubs, and parties.

There have been trans nightclubs open in Manchester and other parts of the UK, which have sadly not stood the test of time. London is different and the trans community is definitely larger in London. This means the nightlife options are greater here and you can find a great range of nightclubs, bars, and parties where you can meet like-minded crossdressers or even find your own admirer.

A List of Transexual and Transgender Bars in London

Here at Sex City Guide, we want our platform to be used to help everyone find what they are looking for. In this guide to the best London trans clubs, if you are looking for a list of the best bars and clubs to meet Transexuals and members of the Transgender community on a night out, here are our recommendations. We try to keep this list as up to date as possible since Covid has sadly shut down quite a few clubs across the UK.

1. The Wayout Club

The Wayout Club website

Address: 64-73 Minories, London EC3N 1JL

The WayOut Club is a nightclub venue in Minories, London. Founded in 1993 by Vicky Lee (a trans lady) and Steffen Whitfield (a female impersonator), the WayOut Club is one of London's best-known transgender venues and was the first club to hold a regular trans only Saturday night event. During its 28 years in the business, the club has won multiple awards including the "Best Transgender Nightclub" and is still a hot spot for the latest big drag acts.

If you are interested in visiting the WayOut Club, you will be happy to know there is not a membership process you need to fill out. Everyone is welcome, including men, girls, and members of the transgender community, all you need to do is follow the rules - adhere to the dress code and be respectful at all times. To enter the club, before 11 pm the cost of entry is £10 and after 11 pm the price rises to £12. It's not a massive difference in price, so don't feel like you are in a rush. Enjoy your night.

2. She World

She World website

Address: 6 Leytonstone Road, London, E15 1SE

She World is an exclusive and intimate members club for transgenders in London. She World in my opinion has the best facilities out of all of the trans clubs in London. With 3 floors offers a cloakroom, changing rooms, bar, dance floor, seating area, private zones, video rooms, basement, and garden, She World is an all-around transgender club for both social and XXX activities.

She World is hosting their 5th anniversary party nights this year. You can become a member of She World for free but the events will still cost £11 for transgenders and £16 for admirers. The events are open every Saturday night and kick off quite late at 9 pm and end at 2:30 am which still gives you plenty of time to mingle and enjoy your night.

3. Ted’s Place

Ted’s Place is one of the most popular gay bars and nightclubs in the Hammersmith/Fulham area of London. Ted’s Place hosts Transgender and admirers nights, 3 days a week. The club is known for its lively atmosphere and friendly members who are always happy to see a new face walk through the doors.

If you are interested in visiting Ted’s Place and want to know which day of the week you want to visit, on Mondays, the club is for TS/TV, admirers, and gays. The event starts at 9 pm and ends at midnight, with the cost of entry £3 unless you are a TV/TS and you have free entry. Thursdays are a TV/TS party night and run later into the night. Entry costs £5 and the event starts at 7 pm and ends at 2 am. The final weekly party is an, everyone is a welcome event. The Sunday TV/TS gay chill out again costs £5 to enter and runs from 7 pm until 2 am.

4. Bombshell Club

Bombshell Club website

Address: Them Downstairs, 18 Kentish Town Road, Camden Town, London, NW1 9BB

If you are looking for a glitzy midweek party where TV/TS can meet with admirers and friends, then Bombshell Club could be for you. Bombshell Club describes itself as a friendly place where trans girls and admirers can meet. The club is one of the most fashionable transvestite clubs in London and has regular entertainment from DJ Tasty Tim Cheryl Hole and Lady Lloyd who play mainly RnB and Pop music.

If you are interested in visiting Bombshell Club, events run every Friday night. The club is open from 10 pm and closes at 3 am. The Cabaret shows start at 1 am, so in the middle of the event, this showcases some of the best local drag acts in London. To enjoy all this entertainment, the entry cost for TV/TS is £5 and for everyone else is £10, which is good value for money.

5. Candy Girls

Candy Girls website

Address: Gartside House, Harris Way, Sunbury on Thames, TW16 7EL

Candy Girls is one of London’s hottest transgender clubs. Technically located just outside of the city, Candy Girls is easily accessible via the M3, so you don’t need to worry about how to travel to the club. Candy Girls invites Tgirls, transvestites, crossdressers, and admirers to the notorious swingers club across several Tuesdays throughout the year.

Unlike The Way Out Club, you do need to be a member to access Candy Girls. The signup fee is only £10 so it is not too difficult to become a member. Once you’ve joined, you can expect a club with good facilities. Enjoy the bar and lounge area and party zones where you can socialise.
